Chapter 1

Start here

Studio is a workspace inside Grow One for the pictures your business needs: ads, flyers, posts and fixed-up photos. The words come out exactly as you typed them, and everything you make is kept.

  1. Open it. ☰→Studio at the top-left, or the Studio row in the side panel on an iPad or a computer. You can also ask Grow One in the chat for a flyer or a photo fix: the answer has an Open Studio link that lands on the right screen.
  2. Who gets it. Studio comes with the Creator and Business plans. On a Business team, the manager has it and so does anyone whose Social switch is on. On Essentials it stays hidden, except the store images, which are in ☰→My apps on every plan.
  3. Four parts. Make a design, Fix a photo, My designs and Apple & Android stores. On a phone they are chips under the title; on an iPad or a computer, rows in the side panel. The house button goes home.
  4. A short tour the first time points at each part and at the AI images you have left. Skip it or tap through; it won’t show again on any device. Replay it from ⋯→Guide→Replay the tour.
  5. The number in the corner is how many AI images you have left this month: at the top on a phone, at the bottom of the side panel on an iPad or a computer. Chapter 6 explains what uses them.

Chapter 2

Make a design

One screen, top to bottom, with a preview of how your words will sit. Nothing is made until you tap Make design.

  1. What are you making? Sale or offer, Event, Announcement, Product, Customer quote, Tips, Holiday or season, Social post, or Just a picture, with no words.
  2. What should it say? A headline, a second line and a button; the last two are optional. Or tap Write it for me: it drafts all three from what you do, using Website→About your business, your Social setup or what you’ve told Grow One. Change anything.
  3. The picture. Describe what to show ("our chocolate cake on a wooden table, morning light"), or add photos of what you sell, from your phone, your computer or your Library. Your real product shows up in the design.
  4. What style and what shape. Modern, Playful, Elegant, Bold, Minimal or Vintage. Portrait 4:5 for Instagram and Facebook posts, Square 1:1, Story 9:16 for stories and reels, Wide 16:9, Flyer 3:4 for print, Tall 2:3 for Pinterest.
  5. Your logo and QR code. Pick the corner for your logo; add it once and Studio remembers it. Turn on the QR code and pick its corner: it opens your page (scans are counted there) or any link you type.
  6. Tap Make design. It takes about a minute and uses 1 AI image. The picture is made to fit your business: your look, your Inspo photos and your brand colors. It lands in My designs even if you leave the screen.

Chapter 3

Change the words, try another

A finished design is a picture with your words laid on top, so the words stay editable. Changing them never uses an AI image.

  1. Edit text and logo. Change the headline, the second line and the button, their fonts and colors, and where the words, the logo and the QR code sit. Auto-design lays it all out for you.
  2. Not the picture you imagined? Try another version makes a new picture with the same words, logo and corners. It uses 1 AI image, and the first one stays.
  3. Move between versions with the ‹ › arrows, a swipe, the arrow keys on a computer, or the strip of your designs under the picture. Versions of one design sit together in My designs.
  4. From any design: Download, Post on Social, Edit text and logo, Try another version, or Delete. Delete asks first and can’t be undone.

Chapter 4

Fix a photo

Upload a photo, pick one fix, and see the result in place. Every fix keeps the rest of the photo as it was, and your original stays until you choose to replace it.

  1. Pick a photo. Upload one (on a computer you can drop it on the page), or choose From your Library. Photos from your Social Library also show in My designs: tap one to fix it.
  2. Erase something: paint over what you want gone. Change an area: paint the spot if you like and say what you want. Recolor: name the thing and its new color; no painting needed.
  3. Remove background keeps just the person or product, on a see-through background. New background then puts a color behind it (free) or a background you describe. Expand adds more picture around it to fit Square, Portrait, Story or Wide.
  4. Sharper enlarges a small photo 4× with AI and sharpens a big one for free. Enhance with AI improves light, color and detail without changing what’s there.
  5. The brush sits under the photo: Small, Medium or Large, Undo stroke and Clear. A hint on the photo tells you when to paint.
  6. Check it. Press and hold Hold to see before to compare with the photo before the fix; Undo steps back one fix. Every result is saved in My designs. A photo from your Library also gets Save to Library, which puts the fixed photo back in its place.

Chapter 5

Use what you made

Everything you make lands in My designs and in your Social Library, so it is ready wherever you need it next.

  1. My designs keeps every design and fixed photo, newest first, with versions grouped together. Tap one to open it big.
  2. Download. On a phone it opens Save or share, so you can save it to Photos or send it on. On a computer it downloads the file.
  3. Post on Social. The social agent opens with the picture attached and writes the caption. Nothing publishes until you approve it.
  4. Your website and Library. When you add a photo to a page, your designs are in the photo picker. Your Social Library has them too, on the Studio shelf. From the Library, Fix in Studio opens a photo here and Back to Library takes you back. Or make one right on the page: tap an empty photo spot → ✨ Make one with AI, and it is made for that spot — a wide header, a section photo or a portrait.
  5. Words on a fixed photo. After a fix, tap Add words to put a headline on it.
  6. Delete removes it from My designs and from the Library. A picture already used in a post or a page stays there.

Chapter 6

What it uses

Studio counts two things each month, and shows the cost under the button before you tap it.

  1. AI images. Your plan comes with a monthly number of AI images, shared with the social agent. A design uses 1, and so does each other version, Change an area, Enhance with AI and a background you describe.
  2. Quick fixes don’t use AI images: Erase something, Recolor, Remove background, Expand and enlarging a small photo. You get 100 a month.
  3. Free: a color background, sharpening a big photo, Write it for me, Edit text and logo, Download, Post on Social and every store image.
  4. See what’s left in the number in the corner and in the line under each button ("Uses 1 AI image · 47 left this month"). When one runs out, Studio says so, and the count starts over next month.

Chapter 7

Apple & Android stores

If you have an app, Studio turns its screenshots into the images the App Store and Google Play show. It uses no AI images, and your screenshots never leave your device.

  1. Open it from Studio→Apple & Android stores, or from ☰→My apps on any plan, and tap Make store screenshots.
  2. Your app. Its name, what it does in one line, the listing language (English or Español) and its icon, shown on the Google Play banner. Your apps are saved as you go, and the latest one opens filled in; pick another, + New app starts one, Delete this app removes it. Each language (English, Español) keeps its own headlines and downloads as its own zip.
  3. Your screenshots. Add your phone screenshots, and tablet ones if you have them; without tablet screenshots, no iPad or Google Play tablet images are made. Google Play features apps with 4 or more.
  4. Headlines. A headline (up to 5 words) and a subtitle (up to 10) above each screenshot. Write headlines drafts them from what your app does; edit them or write your own.
  5. Look. Paper (white, the default), Mint, Ocean, Night, Sunset, Violet or your own colors. Every screenshot sits in a device frame.
  6. Save. Download all makes one zip with an App Store folder and a Google Play folder: iPhone medium display (1206 × 2622, the one App Store Connect requires) and large display (1320 × 2868), iPad 13", Android phone 1080 × 1920, Android tablet 1440 × 2560 and the 1024 × 500 Google Play banner. On an iPhone it saves to Files. Or save just one size, or tap one image to save only that.

Chapter 8

Teams and privacy

On a Business plan, what customers see is shared and your work area stays yours, the same rule as the rest of Grow One.

  1. Who gets it. The manager, and every teammate whose Social switch the manager turned on.
  2. Shared with the team: every finished design and fixed photo, on the Studio shelf of the Social Library, ready for anyone’s posts and pages. Everyone’s designs use the business’s logo and colors. The monthly AI images and quick fixes are one count for the whole business.
  3. Yours alone: My designs, with your versions and editable words, and your saved apps. A teammate can use your design from the Library but can’t change your words.
  4. If someone leaves, their pictures stay in the Library and in any posts; only their own My designs list goes.
  5. Your photos. Photos and descriptions go to the AI providers that make the picture or the fix, such as OpenAI and Stability AI, through paid business services whose terms don’t allow training on your data. Store screenshots never leave your device. More in Privacy, in plain words.
