Nothing sends without you
It drafts. You decide. Every email, every calendar event, every post waits for a tap from you. The one exception is Auto-Reply for email, which you have to switch on yourself.
Never used to train AI
Your email, notes and recordings are used to help you. Not to train any model, ours or anyone's.
Never sold, never shared
No ads, no data brokers, no "partners". You're the customer, not the product.
Yours to delete
Delete your account in the app and it's gone. Recordings, notes, everything.
Doesn't the AI itself see my data?
To answer you, your request and the relevant context are processed by the AI providers we build on (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic and DeepSeek, plus Exa for web search and Zernio for social publishing) over encrypted connections. We use their paid business APIs, whose terms prohibit training on your data. That's a big part of why we pay for them. The full list, with links, is in the app under Settings.
Who can hear my meeting recordings?
Only you. Audio is stored privately to your account and deleted when you delete the note.
What does it read in Gmail?
Your mail, so it can sort it and draft replies. It asks for the minimum Google scopes needed and you can disconnect in one tap.
