Notion shows you a page picker at connect time. What you share is what the assistant can read, nothing else, and un-sharing removes it.
Writes need your OK
Adding an event, a Notion page, or a Stripe invoice always shows a card first. Nothing lands until you tap it.
Disconnect in one tap
Every connection has a Disconnect button in Settings. Tokens are removed, and for Notion, Stripe and RevenueCat the indexed data goes with them.

What people ask first.
Do I need to connect everything?
No. Most people start with Gmail and Google Calendar in the first week. Add the rest when a moment calls for it. The assistant works with whatever is connected.
Which ones need the Creator plan?
WhatsApp and social accounts. They run on the social agent. Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Stripe, and RevenueCat are part of every plan.
Can the assistant delete or change things in my tools?
It never deletes. It creates or updates only when you ask, and every write shows a confirm card first. Meeting notes saving to Notion is the one thing that happens on its own, and you can switch it off.
