Each person has four switches. Social media agent: the posts, the social accounts, the team's social chat and setting the agent up. Website builder & editor: edit, publish and answer its leads. Company WhatsApp: the business's inbox. Connect Slack: connecting their own Slack. Every assistant on the team knows your business profile.
Private to each person
Their email, calendar, meetings, notes, contacts and chats with their own assistant. Nobody else on the team sees them, managers included. If someone leaves, the posts, pages and leads they made stay with the business.
Run from a computer
Start the free trial at app.growone.io, then invite people by email and pick their switches. They sign up with that address and are asked to join. 3 places are included and each extra one is $39 a month. Billing and invoices live in Settings, under Team.

What happens when the trial ends?
You're charged only if you keep going. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be billed at all: Essentials and Creator from your iPhone settings, Business from Settings → Team → Billing & invoices on a computer.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Essentials and Creator change from your iPhone subscription settings: upgrades apply right away, downgrades at the end of the period. Business is managed from a computer.
Do I need the Creator plan to use it for my business?
No. Essentials already handles your inbox, meetings, calendar, bills and receipts, and builds up to 3 website pages. Creator is for when you also post on social media, answer customers on WhatsApp, or want ads and flyers made.
Which plan does the trial cover?
All three. For Essentials and Creator you pick a plan when you start the trial on your iPhone and can change plans anytime in your iPhone settings; moving up to Creator starts that plan right away. The Business trial starts on the web, with a card on file.
How do I pay?
Essentials and Creator: through Apple, like any App Store subscription; you cancel from your iPhone settings, never by emailing anyone. Business: by card on the web, managed from a computer.
Is there a family plan?
Not yet. It's one account per person. A household usually runs on one account, with the family calendar and the family inbox connected to it.
Is there a plan for a team?
Yes, Business: $199 a month includes 3 people, and each extra person is $39 a month, up to 10 online (write to us for more). Everyone gets their own Grow One; the social agent, the website and the WhatsApp inbox are shared with the people the business picks. It is billed by card on the web with a 7-day free trial, not through Apple.
What can my team see?
Only what you switch on for each person: the social agent, the website and its leads, and the WhatsApp Business inbox. Everyone's email, calendar, meetings, notes, contacts and assistant chats stay private to that person. Managers can't see them either.
Can someone else run our social media?
Yes. Invite the person who runs it and turn on their Social agent switch. From their own Grow One they can set the agent up, connect the social accounts and approve posts.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes. Paying yearly is about two months free: $349.99 a year for Essentials, $799.99 for Creator, $1,990 for Business.
