What happens when the trial ends?
You're charged only if you keep going. Cancel from your iPhone settings before the trial ends and you won't be billed at all.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, from your iPhone subscription settings. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades at the end of the period.
Do I need the Creator plan to use it for my business?
No. Essentials already handles your inbox, meetings, calendar, bills and receipts, and builds up to 3 website pages. Creator is for when you also post on social media or answer customers on WhatsApp.
Which plan does the trial cover?
Both. You pick a plan when you start the trial, and you can switch before it ends without paying anything.
Why no prices yet?
They're set with the App Store launch. Billing goes through Apple, so you cancel from your iPhone settings, never by emailing anyone.
Is there a family plan?
Not yet. It's one account per person. A household usually runs on one account, with the family calendar and the family inbox connected to it.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yearly pricing will be announced with the launch.
