Questions
The things people ask first.
Will it email people without me knowing?
No. It writes drafts and waits, and sending is a deliberate tap from you. The one exception is Auto-Reply, a mode you have to switch on yourself under Email Preferences.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. There are no prompts and nothing to configure. A few plain questions at setup, and it works from there.
Who can hear my meeting recordings?
Only you. Audio is stored privately to your account and deleted when you delete the note.
Doesn't the AI itself see my data?
To answer you, your request and the relevant context are processed by the AI providers we build on (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic and DeepSeek, plus Exa for web search and Zernio for social publishing) over encrypted connections, the same way any AI app works. We use their paid business APIs, whose terms prohibit training their models on your data. That's a big part of why we pay for them. The full provider list, with links to each policy, is in the app under Settings.
What happens when the trial ends?
You're charged only if you keep going. Cancel from your iPhone settings before the trial ends and you won't be billed at all.
Does it work in Spanish?
Fully. Pick your language at setup and it chats, drafts and alerts you in it, including the email it writes for you.
I don't have a website. Can it make one?
Yes, on every plan. Tell it what you do and it writes and publishes a page with a contact form, in your voice, in minutes. Essentials includes up to 3 pages, Creator up to 10. Leads land in the app. Change the page by chatting.
Which tools does it connect to?
Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Notion, Stripe and RevenueCat on every plan. The Creator plan adds WhatsApp Business and your social accounts: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more. Each connects in one tap and disconnects in one tap. Slack, Google Drive and Calendly are next.
Can I connect more than one email account?
Every plan includes one email account, Gmail or Outlook, and one Google Calendar. The Creator plan lets you connect up to three mailboxes across Gmail and Outlook, and replies go out from the account the email arrived in.
I use Outlook or iCloud mail. Can I use it?
Yes. Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft 365 mail connect the same way Gmail does. Outlook calendar is next. iCloud mail isn't supported yet.
Is it on Android?
Not yet. Grow One runs on iPhone and iPad while we get it right. Android is on the list.
